AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Overview
Welcome to the Guitars & Woods Affiliate Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Please read these Terms carefully before applying to become an affiliate or participating in the Program.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not apply to become an affiliate or participate in the Program.
2. Definitions
• "Affiliate" refers to the individual or entity participating in the Program to promote Guitars & Woods’ products or services.
• "Guitars & Woods" refers to our company, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and authorized representatives.
• "www.guitarsandwoods.com" refers to Guitars & Woods' official website or any other website through which Guitars & Woods promotes its products or services.
3. Affiliate Program Details
• Application: To become an affiliate, you must complete the affiliate application on our website and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Commission: Affiliates may earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links or codes. The commission structure and rates will be outlined in your affiliate agreement.
• Payment: Commissions will be paid out according to the payment schedule specified in your affiliate agreement. Payments will be made via the payment method chosen during the application process.
• Promotional Materials: Upon acceptance into the Program, Guitars & Woods may provide you with promotional materials, such as banners, text links, and other creatives, to help you promote our products or services.
• Tracking: We will use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track sales made through your affiliate links. You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are properly formatted and operational.
• Termination: Guitars & Woods reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inappropriate promotional methods.
4. Affiliate Obligations
By participating in the Program, you agree to:
• Promote Guitars & Woods products or services in a lawful and ethical manner.
• Use only the promotional materials provided by Guitars & Woods or approved in advance.
• Not engage in any form of spamming, unethical marketing practices, or deceptive advertising.
• Ensure that your affiliate activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use your affiliate links to make purchases for yourself or others, as this may result in the forfeiture of commissions.
5. Confidentiality
As an affiliate, you may have access to confidential information about Guitars & Woods.
You agree to keep all such information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.
6. Changes to Terms
Guitars & Woods reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Portugal. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Portugal.
