Suggested preparation and application:
Preparation
In a bowl put the water-based sealer with approximately 10% of warm water. Mix it until it has no lumps and with a consistency suitable for application.
Application
1. Prepare the surface by sanding with 400 grit sandpaper and remove any remaining solvents or oils.
2. Apply the filler in the direction of the grain and then against the grain. Allow to dry for 10 minutes.
3. With a spatula at a 45 degree angle, remove the excess product.
4. Once dry, wipe off the remaining residue with a clean, dry cloth.
5. Sand the surface with 400 grit sandpaper.
NOTES
If a subsequent application of the filler is necessary, let it dry for 30 minutes.
The color of the product can be tinted with our water-based stains.
Wait 24 hours to apply any finish after the filler.
