In case of argument and complaint, these are the applicable laws on our:
General Terms and Conditions
Article 1. General
1.1 Unless agreed otherwise, these general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements with Us.
1.2 By accepting an offer or when placing an order you will automatically accept these terms and conditions.
1.3 From all definitions that are defined in these terms and conditions can only be deviated in writing. In case of adjustment of a definition all other definitions will still apply.
Article 2. Offers / Agreements
2.1 Any offer made by Guitars & Woods is without engagement, mistakes and technical changes reserved. Guitars & Woods explicitly keeps the right to change prices.
2.2 Agreements are concluded by the acceptance by Guitars & Woods of a written order or subscription request placed by the customer. The customer accepts these terms and conditions by placing its order or subscription request. An order or subscription request is deemed to be accepted by Guitars & Woods if and when Guitars & Woods has not rejected the order or subscription request within ten days of receipt of the order or subscription request.
Article 3. Prices and Payments
3.1 Prices in the shop are in Euro. No other currency is accepted.
3.2 Payment is based on pre-payment by Bank Transfer, Paypal, Credit Card or Multibanco accept otherwise agreed. The date of payment is the date of which the bank, Paypal or Hipay accounts of Guitars & Woods is credited.
3.3 In case of non or untimely payment, Guitars & Woods is allowed to postpone or adjourn the agreement.
3.4 For special orders Guitars & Woods is allowed to ask for a written order and a down payment (50% at least) or full pre-payment before accepting the order.
Article 4. Delivery
4.1 The delivery time depends on the stock situation. Usually ships 3 days after cleared payment if in stock. If not in stock, items will be shipped after being ready to ship. Guitars & Woods doesn't have a minimum order amount.
4.2 When a shipment is not accepted by the customer - regardless of the reason of rejecting - € 15,- handling costs and the shipment costs will be billed to the customer.
4.3 If a parcel has been damaged or lost during shipping, the customer must wait for further details until the shipping operator concludes the investigation and reports it to Guitars & Woods, we will not refund or send a replacement before the report.
Article 5. Complaints and Returns
5.1 The customer is obligated to inspect the supplied parts directly upon receipt. Possible defects need to be reported, motivated and in writing, to Guitars & Woods within one week of receipt.
5.2 Based on the law Sales on distance, the buyer has the right to return the products, no questions asked. When the products and packaging is returned unused and undamaged, Guitars & Woods will give a full refund, with exception of the shipping costs. Shipping costs for the return shipment are on the account of the buyer.
5.3 When it is clear that the products do not comply to the agreement, Guitars & Woods has the choice to replace the products (after receiving the disapproved products) by new ones or to refund the parts including the shipment costs. Return shipments will only be accepted when the as well the products as the packaging are unused, undamaged and in original packaging, ready to resell.
5.4 When the customer states the products have defects, he has the right to return them to G&W with the
shipping costs receipt (inside the packaging).
Upon arrival the products
will be analyzed and tested, if any defect or faultiness is found, we
will issue a refund or send you a replacement (depending on the
product), either way we also refund the shipping costs you've paid for
sending the products back to us.
If any defect or faultiness is not found on the products, G&W
won't be responsible to cover the shipping costs you've paid, neither
for the shipping costs of sending the products back to you.
5.5 Return shipments that are not, incorrect or insufficient stamped, will not be accepted by Guitars & Woods.
5.6 Special orders can not be returned. This will be indicated by Guitars & Woods before acceptance of the order.
5.7. Customer has all the right to cancel an order within 14 days, before it shipped and also after (considering shipping costs will be charged anyway).

Article 6. Orders / Communication
6.1 Misunderstanding, malformation, delays or miscommunication due to the usage of internet or any other way of communication between the customer and Guitars & Woods or between Guitars & Woods and third parties in relation to the customer and Guitars & Woods, Guitars & Woods can not be held responsible. Unless bad intention or neglect is proved.
Article 7. Circumstances Beyond Control
7.1 Unabated her other rights, Guitars & Woods has, in case of circumstances beyond her control, the right to postpone the agreement or to adjourn the agreement without interference of a legal court, by reporting the customer in writing and without the obligation to any compensation, unless this, in the given circumstances to the measure of reasonableness, would be unacceptable.
7.2. Circumstances beyond control are defined as every shortcoming that can not be imputed to Guitars & Woods.
Article 8. Sundries
8.1 When Guitars & Woods during a short or longer period in time, whether or not in preserved silence, accepts deviations in these terms and conditions, she still has the right to demand direct and strict observance of these terms and conditions. The customer can never base a complaint by the fact that Guitars & Woods is applying these terms and conditions in a flexible way.
8.2 Guitars & Woods carries a warranty period of 1 year, with exception of consumer products.
Article 9. Disputes and Applicable law
9.1 To all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these terms and conditions apply, as well as these terms and condition, are exclusively subject to the Portuguese law.
9.2 All disputes between parties will be brought before a competent court in the Portugal
9.3 In the event of disputes concerning the interpretation of these general terms and conditions, the Constituição Portuguesa text shall take precedence.
