Tips for Application

• Dilution: Adjust viscosity by diluting with solvent. We offer two types: Solvent Medium for normal conditions, and Solvent Retard for high humidity or temperature to prevent boiling and blurring.
• Ideal Conditions: Apply between 15 and 25 ºC with 50 to 70% humidity.
• Solvent Ratio: Dilute between 10 to 20% depending on your equipment setup.
• Equipment Settings: The recommended spray gun tip size is 1.3 to 1.5 mm, with compressor pressure at 2.5 to 3 bars.

Based on the 50's and 60's original samples from the Fender and Gibson colors.

After a great work and exhaustive study on the laboratory and technical department, Nitorlack obtained amazing colors for guitars that faithfully recreate the tones of the vintage Fender and Gibson guitars.

During those years until today, it should be taken in consideration the colors of vintage guitars have varied greatly over the years due to the aging of the nitrocellulose lacquer and changes in the colors of the brands. Therefore two guitars finished in 1960 with fender colors today can be totally different between them or with respect to a more current guitar.
